What would you do to deal with the "Globalization " in 10 or 20 more years?

What is globalization? What is the impact of the globalization for us? What we should do to face globalization? There are some question that commonly appear in our mind about globalization. We can not avoid that now we are leaving in globalization era and we are involving iin that. So in this article I will decsribe what is globalization and what should we do to face it?

Word globalization is commonly heard by many people in this deveopment era. Globalization is a thing that occur because of the world always changing and developing. it is not a complicated thing to get information or have a communication with all people around the world, although separated thousands kilometers away. Everything can be easily gained without any hard strive.

The most influently aspect that makes globalization happened is the advance of technology. Everything is made easily to do, everything can be done effectively through technology. Human creativity cannot be limited by anything. As long as human being are existing, there will always be development happened. In this new era the people who will be succeed is the one who can adapt with the development. The one who can not take part of the development will be left behind.

Globalization means a process that occur universally, that there are no boundaries that restrict the process. Globalization happen because of the relation  that involved one country with other countries around the world that depends each other. Each country will keep their identity and follow the process of globalization to make sure that they are not left behind by other countries.

Globalization is causing many impacts in our life. Such as covenience in information, transportation, communication, and many life aspects. Increasing of the economy to become more effective, productive, and efficient. With globalization we are required to always increase our life standart and quality, so globalization in one side can make people becoming a better person.But there are few negative impacts that caused by globalization. People are become more consumtive that can decrease creativity and productivity. Individuality significantly increase and solidarity significantly decline.

For me personally globalization is one of the social phenomena that can used to be our weapon to be success, if we can take benefit from it. So as a student, the advance of technology is exceptionally helpful to boost our knowledge and extend our connection. But to take benerfit from it, we need to learn and know about technology so we can use it well and wisely. Not all infromations that are contained are really useful. So we need to choose and use technology wisely.

And to face globalization, all that we need is to have a lot of relation with all people around the world. Social media is most effective medium to establish relation. The most important thing to establish a relation is language. To connect with people around the world we must use international language, English and Chinese. English always be an international language that used in all countries to communicate since a long time ago. But recently chinese become an international language besides english. So I suggest for all of us to learn and be master in that two languages. There are many mediums that can be used to learning new language such as mass media, social media, films, books, or joining language course.

And in this developing era, innovation and creativity are really important to support the development. Don't stop innovating and never limit your creativity. Don't be a consumtive person that only relish on other people innovation. Be the one who creating something that beneficial for other. Try to solve other people problem, because in people's problem there will always be an opportunity to innovating. We can not just standstill and deny that world is continously changing. What the world’s need is innovation without ending to keep the stabilization while the world is changing and developing.

And the most important thing to facing the globalization is to improve our personality skills. Leadership is really needed to take part in the globalization. Leadership is not talking about be a big boss in big company or lead an organization. Leadership is more talking about ourselves, can we lead and take control of ourselves? Or ourselves is being controlled and determined by other things? Firstly be a leader for yourself and then we are suitable to be a leader for others. One way that we can do to improve our leadership is join an organization or  other positive groups. By meet with other people we can try to implement our leadership. Through improving leadership skill within us, we can have skills that required to be a leader like responsibility, discipline, authoritative, and trustable.
