Based on the theory to deal with the globalization era in addition to hard skills which include academic factors , we also need to understand and master the soft skills needed to deal with the globalization era in the next 10 to 20 years, soft skills are communication skills, interpersonal skills, public speaking, leader ship, conflict management, decision making, time management, stress management. To train hard skills, I train with diligent learning, learning here is not just memorizing and remembering but also being understood, the process of understanding is what will make us learn and develop our mindset in facing something.
