what will I do to face the globalization era in the next 10 to 20 years ?

Based on the theory to deal with the globalization era in addition to hard skills which include academic factors, we also need to understand and master the soft skills needed to deal with the globalization era in the next 10 to 20 years, soft skills are communication skills, interpersonal skills, public speaking, leader ship, conflict management, decision making, time management, stress management. 

To train hard skills, I train with diligent learning, learning here is not just memorizing and remembering but also being understood, the process of understanding is what will make us learn and develop our mindset in facing something. Indirectly, hard skills and soft skills relate to each other because in the process of training our hard skills, soft skills are also help in processing.

To face globalization era, because the times are growing, I have to prepare myself to face the globalization era that will occur over 10 to 20 years. The thing that I have done and is doing to prepare myself as a student to prepare for this era is by learning well. Learning here is not only academic but also non-academic factors because to deal with globalization is not enough academically smart, non-academic factors are also needed to help and support to be ready to face increasingly complex globalization that requires many things.

To improve and prepare myself now I am join in intra-school student organization (OSIS). In there i was trained to communicate effectively, manage time to be more efficient, dare to speak in public, dare to lead, find a way out of every problem that exists by discussing. If  I was very tired learn to control myself not to run away from problem so I avoid from the problem that is the way I can avoid from stress, because if you have problem run away cannot make it fix and maybe if you are run away some new problems will come to you.

 To face globalization era in over 10 to 20 years, after I graduate from senior high scholl, I continue my study at university I take school medicine. Why I take school medicine because I want to be a doctor, it is my childhood dream and I want to make it real. In the future as a doctor I will still learning so I will up to date and know what happen in the outsite, and as participant in globalization era maybe I will go to other areas as volunteers to help areas that are affected by disaster or who need medical. 

As a doctor in the future, I want to find or improve drugs and other treatment alternatives to treat a disease, for example chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is a treatment used to kill cancer cells in the body by entering toxins into the body to kill the cancer cells. chemotherapy itself has a very hard effect maybe one day I can find a drug that can kill cancer cells but do not have many side effects for other body cells.

Soft skills needed to deal with the globalization era in the next 10 to 20 years there are 8 skills that must be have. the first soft skills that must be have is communication skills, these skills are needed because we as social beings need other people also to do something we can relate to and implement something by communicating well, so if we lack control of communication skills there is a possibility of facing something together with others we are not optimal.

The second soft skills that must be have is public speaking. In the era of globalization that is increasingly open and global we must also be able to master public speaking, because before we realize something we need to have ideas and ideas that we can reach well if we can master public speaking well.

The third soft skills that must be have are interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills are the skills used by people to interact with others properly, the term refers to employee's ability to get along with others while getting the job done. Interpersonal skills in teaching and listening skills to attitude and deportment. Everything from communication and listening skills. Good interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for many positions in an organization.

The fourth soft skills that must be have is leader ship. Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations. A leader ship also have essential skill they are communication motivation There are a number of ways to motivate your workers: you may build employee self-esteem through recognition and rewards, or by giving employees new responsibilities to increase their investment in the company; delegating is you need to identify the skills of each of your employees, and assign duties to each employee based on his or her skill set, positivity this helps create a happy and healthy work environment, even during busy, stressful periods; Trustworthiness It is important for you to demonstrate your integrity – employees will only trust leaders they respect ; Creativity  is Learning to try nontraditional solutions, or approaching problems in nontraditional ways, will help you to solve an otherwise unsolvable problem; Feedback Leaders should constantly look for opportunities to deliver useful information to team members about their performance; Responsibility A leader is responsible for both the successes and failures of his or her team.

The fifth soft skills that must be have is conflict management. Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict while increasing the positive aspects of conflict. The aim of conflict management is to enhance learning and group outcomes, including effectiveness or performance in an organizational setting. Properly managed conflict can improve group outcomes.

The sixth soft skills that must be have is decision making. Decision making is regarded as the cognitive process resulting in the selection of a belief or a course of action among several alternative possibilities. Every decision-making process produces a final choice, which may or may not prompt action. Decision-making is the process of identifying and choosing alternatives based on the values, preferences and beliefs of the decision-maker.

The seventh soft skills that must be have is Time management. Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. Using time effectively gives the person "choice" on spending/managing activities at their own time and expediency.

The eighth and the last soft skills that must be have is stress management. Stress management is a person's ability to control and cope with stress. this ability needs to be possessed to avoid the negative effects caused complex globalization era.
