What would I do to deal with global "Globalisation" in 10 or 20 more years?

Globalization is a process of interaction among the people or governments of different nations, a process driven by international trade and investment and aided by information technology. This process has effects on the environment, on culture, on political systems, on economic development and prosperity, and on human physical well-being in societies around the world. In this aspect, we talk about development that has been happened everywhere. Rich countries enrich themselves while poor countries don't really know how to develop.
Globalization can effect to our live. The positive effect are it can advance our education system today. globalization also promotes the pace of trade in developing countries. With the advancement of trade in developing countries, these countries can continue to develop into advanced and rich countries. Like a businessman who starts a business from small to large. Developing countries will be able to continue to improve from time to time if they are encouraged and assisted by developed countries and rich countries like the first world.
To make my country be a developed country, I can start with myself for the future. If someday I be a bussines women, I have to make qualited items. I have to have a crazy idea that can change the world. I have to be someone. I have to advance this world. Do the right things, make a change or breakthrough that will become viral in the world. So in that way I can make my country known by many other country. I can make they appreciate me and my country. So when they feel sorry about my  developing country, they will help us to be developed. They will help us financially and in terms of ideas about how to become a developed country .
To be a succesfull bussines women, I have to have high power of struggle from an early age. I must be able to be more responsible and never give up in everything I do. I can't give up just because of one failure. I also can't give up because of a thousand failures. no matter how many failures that I experienced will not make me give up what I want to achieve. I have to organize myself start from now. train myself how to manage time, manage my mindset, manage how I can become a good person, how can I become and join to be one of the superior human beings who are quality, advanced people even in developing countries. Being the guy who advances in thought and action.
The other effect of globalization is the negative effect. One example of negative effects of globalization is terrorism.  It is really worrying for all of us because of things that can be done by terrorists. Terorism by terrorist found that generally motivated by dislike of American foreign policy in the Muslim world or  a need to attach themselves to an ideology or organization that gave them a sense of purpose. For many, joining a jihadist group or carrying out an attack allowed them to become heroes of their own story.
Terrorists in the world today cannot be avoided. Terrorism is rampant wherever we are. Their reason may indeed be in the name of religion, but most of them are political envoys who wants to bring down the developed countries of the world and make developing countries feel like why is it very difficult for to become a rich countries.
All we can do now is not to be fear to the terrorists. Terrorist do terorism in the name of religion and they just want to divide the people of developing countries whose their peope minded is still simple and their mind are not really open minded. with the broke of community unity in developing countries, they will get more easily way to control the government and someday they will take over the government.
So what can I do from now? I can disseminate information about how dangerous it is to get caught up in wrong relationships until it leads to involvement with terrorists. I can also study hard so that someday I can change the mindset of many people so that we can together become eminent and quality human beings who will not fall into matters related to terrorism.
So what the main plans about how I have to do to deal with global “globalization” in 10 or 20 more years? I have to change my oldself. I have to be the new me. The person who can take responbilities, the person who can change the world someday, the person who will study hard just for change the thousand people’s mindset. I have to be flexible, I have to be able to separate anyone who I want to be my partner in work or partner in making friends in my daily life. I must be able to become a better person in the future.
