What would you do to deal with global "Globalisation" in 10 or 20 more years?

Introduction

Maybe it’s not always possible to wear American-branded clothing, eat foreign food at a local restaurant or even see a movie. All whilst that living in Australia, it is force of globalisation that has allowed activities to become commonplace across the world.

What is Globalisation?
Globalisation is widely discuss topic that not only in simple way of words. Globalisation is a broad term which is often used to describe the way that the cultural, political, technological and economic domains of countries are rapidly expanding outside of their own nations and on to an international level. The advances in technology have meant that people, companies, and nations are no longer restricted by national borders and geographical distance.

What is the characteristic of Globalisation?
Globalisation can be divided into four components:
§  Participants
§  Markets
§  Rules
§  Equipment

Globalisation without participants can’t move. Because without participants, this can’t move any further. Nothing to do and nothing to have that’s why participants are needed. Trade negotiations were originally made between colonies or countries. In recent times, trades has enforced the rules over the global trading system. It became agreements which have international status and become the large international companies as their financial exceeds.
Globalisation has changed the market by providing more freedom to trade between countries. It has resulted in an expansion of the market, with countries that are being able to trade with any nation at any time. National markets are being replaced by international ones, as companies continue to develop on a worldwide scale.
Country without rules there will be terrorism, criminal, etc. new rules and laws have been introduced to people. This means that government are allowed not only hold their own national policies but also multilateral agreement.
Globalisation is characterized by the new equipment which has assisted it in becoming such a major force in recent times. Mobile phones, machines and the internet are examples of new technologies which have allowed companies to expand and connect with others around the world

The Process of globalisation
Globalisation are rapidly expanded. But, since that the process results in the world becoming increasingly integrated, then must have existed since the beginning of man.
The process of globalisations come from a country that try to expand and colonize some place. For example if we see the past about 10-15 years ago in my place at Balikpapan, there still no luxury residential are built in my place. Most of them have their own house. But it change when our technology become more developing, so there is a lot of residential are built in my place. Maybe around 10-20 residential.

How to deal the Globalisation?
The thing that I want to tell you about, now globalisation are try to swallow us. Not in this era but in 10-20 years that will come or even more. To deal this globalisation, globalisation have positive and negative effects :

            Positive
§  Globalisation helps in bringing different governments together, so they can work together towards achieving common goals. Which is a way of spreading global awareness regarding common concerns and issues.

§  When globalisation takes place across a nation. Globalisation gets wider in the form of food, movies, art, music, clothing, culture, etc. This is a good way of forming closer bonds with the rest of the world.

§  Globalisation in one country/ community leads to a sense of competition in others (hence helping in keeping the prices of commodities under check during all times).

§  All developing countries can benefit from the already existing technologies without the need to undergo the stress of developing any particular technology.

Negative
§  The most common drawback of globalization it is widening the gap between the rich and poor. Where rich people are becoming richer and poor are becoming poorer.

§  Although people belonging to different cultures and countries. It is a chance people to interact with each other, it causes a loss in tradition and values.

§  As species are deprived of their non- native ecosystems, there are increased chances of them spreading diseases and disrupting other natural ecosystems also their native species.
It is very important to strike balance between the positives and negatives of globalisation so that balance can be restored in nature and its living species.
So to deal it, there is a lot ways that we can pick to handle the Globalisation. If you want to know I have few ways to face this Globalisation.
§  First, you have to be a leader. Leader is main role of how we can managed our self. “Why?” because without leader we can’t do anything, but it does not cover the possibility that we can managed our self.

§  Think Creatives, for 10-20 years the creativity of humanity will growth. There will be more innovation, could be from food, transportation, communication, etc. That’s why creativity are needed for another 10-20 years that will come.

§  Increase your knowledge, if we see that technology are developing. But without knowledge all those thing just complimentary. Our developing technology actually based on our knowledge. Imagine if you see robots, alternatives furniture, mobile phone, laptops. All of them are made by our knowledge. So without knowledge we can’t handle all of those thing. Then with knowledge we can set those new invention in our way, so those invention can’t control us.

§  Train your skills, like in public (social) or train your advantages. So in the future 10-20 years that will come we can be more useful. Not in passive way but active in many ways like invent something, make some research, and everything else.
So that’s all that I can tell you about my opinion for globalization 10-20 years that will come.
