What will I do to face the globalization era in the next 10 to 20 years ?

Globalization or Globalisation is one of popular process that being done by a lot of country from around the world. But do you know what is actually Globalization or globalisation means ? It is the process of interaction and integration between people, companies, and governments worldwide. Globalization has grown due to advances in transportation and communication technology. Globalization, that we know right now, is actually modern globalization that started a long time ago in 1815 until now.

Globalization starts to change every things around us both to the better way or worse way, such as life style, fashion and the way people communicate. It isn’t easy step to make this changes but it isn’t that easy too to adept with the changes that happening around us. That is why we have to find out how to deal with it.

Firstly,  we need to use the technology to make things easier not to provide us answer key. What does it mean by that ? It means that we have to use it for good reason and not for our own profit. One out of few example  is to use internet to help us finish homework from teacher. Well, this example is the good one. Some student some time miss understand with the word helping and doing their homework. Why that I include this in this essay? Well as a student, it’s pretty easy for me to  explain that. Technology, that being found and improved, makes us really lazy, and with the combination of laziness and tiredness in spanding our times studying from morning until night, from sunrise until dawn, we choose to copy it from webside or social media.

Secondly, we need to use technology to spread love and help not hate. Young generation this day use internet to bully other. This matter make the rate of young people do suicide increase. We have to make a move to decrease this matter by starting from ourselves. We have to stop judge other over few photo that they post on social media. Just because they post a little bit revealing photo on social media don’t mean that they are bad person. I think we better leave good comment than bad comment about it because we don’t know what happen to her in real life.  They, who look happy in the picture that they post, some time can be someone who suffer a lot of pain in their life. They sometimes can be a victim of bullying in their school or a victim of sexual abuse.

Thirdly, We have to post content that can build people both their knowledge and behaviour. Internet and social media are place to share your knowledge and your life to world. However, sometimes adults use it to gain profit and to share porn, that affect younger generation. One of the example is there are a lot of underage girl and boy that sell theirselves via blog or social media. This case really make many parents afraid to let their child surf the internet and communicate with their friends via social media.

Fourthly, we also have to improve our language ability. Technology isn’t the only important things that affected by globalisation. Economy of country is also affected by international business relation. This things happen because many countries start to do business with other country too. Realationship between countries can be built by good communication, good communication affected by how much our languang ability. This ability has been supported by school since a long time ago. That is why there are many young generation that already fluent in their second language.

Fifthly, we should have thrown our egoism. Technology, that develop by scientist, really helps people to communicate with more wide range of location. This technology makes us meet with many kind of people. If we feel more priority then other than we can’t  become success. Acting more open to other in a good way can help us build more better realationship with a lot of people. Acting friendly can also make other respect us more . In case we have problem, those people can help us too.

To sum up, we need to prepare ourselves to deal with globalisation tha happening in the world. If we don’t prepared we will be left behind by others. We should start from ourselves. We have to be smart and wise internet user or influncer. Languange ability have to be improved by us, as we all know language connect all of the country to strengthen their relationship. Not only that, we also have to throw away our egoism, so we can be friend with a lot of people.
